Getting there

1. Take the E40 towards Leuven, then follow signs for Ličge.
2. As soon as they appear, follow signs for Verviers.
3. Take exit 7 for Theux.

Trails number 7 through 9 on the map are marked with green, blue and red signs respectively, covering 18, 37 and 57 km. Green is easy, blue is intermediate and red is considered difficult. Red trail covers most of the trails that you encounter on the classic and extreme Ardennes Trophy every year, and many consider these three mountain bike trails as the most technical trails in Belgium. Superlatives come, of course, always down to personal definition.
