The trails that bigM knows the best
are the ones covering Overijse, Ottenberg and Huldenberg, but we have also been to Braine l'Alleud, Genappe, Namur,
Oud Heverlee,
Houffalize, Paliseul, Bastogne, Spa, Theux, Sint-Pieters-Leeuw,
Lierneux,
Vielsalm, Luxemburg, France, Wales, Spain, Morzine, and many, many more.
BigM has its hub in Brussels, and because of its geographical closeness we ride the 1,654-hectare Forêt de Soignes/Zoniënwoud
a lot, anything from 15k and up. The forest stays fairly dry (in
comparison) after lots of rain, which makes it an excellent choice for
winter season training, and, thanks to its large size, you can get a
very good and enjoyable workout here. Due to its many look-alike paths
the forest can be quite confusing, so it is highly recommended to buy a
map to facilitate orientating yourself and others. The area offers
little technicality and few singletracks, the best bits can be found in
our excellent, brand new permanent mountain bike loop.
